We invite you to share your knowledge by presenting at our 9th Annual Conference in Atlantic City, our premier educational and networking event. To submit a presentation abstract, please see the following topic suggestions and details.
Requested Presentation Tracks (Select one)
We expect that the conference will have six topical learning tracks. We have added examples of suggested subject matter descriptions beneath each track title.
The general categories for submission are:
- Quality Measurement/Big Data & Analytics
Measuring and managing quality patient care including: Big Data, Predictive Analytics, Risk Stratification, Registries, Data Sources, Quality Measures, Pop Health Ecosystem, Performance Management and Longitudinal Records.
- Patient Transitions of Care Coordination, Technologies & Strategies
Care Coordination - Provider to Provider including: Health Coach & Navigators, Practice Transformation Network, Care Management, Referral Management, Accountable Care Organizations, Medical Homes, New Care Models, EHRs and HIEs.
- Patient Engagement Solutions, Technologies & Strategies
Care Coordination - Provider to/from Patients including: Portal, Mobile/Virtual Health & Home Medical Devices, Consumerism, Health & Digital Literacy, Wearables in Healthcare – Fitbit, smart clothing, wireless EKG monitors and other personal health technologies.
- New and Emerging Pay for Performance Models & Support Systems
Impact on the business of healthcare including: Value-Based Payment Programs, MIPs, MACRA, Payers/Clinical Data/Claims Integration.
- Privacy, Security Solutions & Cyber Threat Management Systems & Strategies
Obligations and risks including: Compliance and HIPAA regulations, securing patient information, combating cybersecurity threats and emerging technologies to enhance an organization security profile.
- New & Emerging Care Delivery Technology Solutions & Strategies
What to expect in 2017 including: Automated Clinical Decision Support (CDS) and other solutions and strategies to support the quality of care and increase operational efficiencies, and creative new solutions to on-going problems.
Please note, we are not accepting submissions for keynotes. Only track session presentations will be evaluated through this process.
