Featured Speakers

Lisa W. Clark practices in the area of healthcare law with a specific focus in health information technology (HIT) issues and mobile health (mHealth) for hospitals, long-term care providers, physicians and other providers. She represents hospitals on enterprise-wide restructuring, including Medicare provider-based projects, and related payor requirements, and has long-term experience with the representation of hospitals, long-term care providers, and other providers with respect to government and private payor reimbursement, including managed care contracting. For over twenty years, she has provided legal support to The Hospital & Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania. She also assists providers with across-the-board regulatory compliance and payor program participation (fraud and abuse (Stark and anti-kickback), licensure, accreditation, credentialing, EHR adoption and meaningful use, HIPAA, quality of care, pay-for-performance, ACO participation and EMTALA). Ms. Clark is a frequent speaker and writes on healthcare regulatory matters including on the HITECH Act and the Affordable Care Act. She established and heads the firm's mHealth Interdisciplinary Group.

Ms. Clark is a 1989 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, a graduate of Harvard Divinity School, where she earned a master's degree, and a graduate of Yale University.

 

Michael McKinley serves as President and CEO of Allied InfoSecurity, a cybersecurity advisory, testing, and managed services firm headquartered in King of Prussia, PA.  He began his career as a military officer serving in numerous intelligence and information warfare assignments overseas and at the Pentagon. Prior to co-founding Allied in 2006, he also held various financial management and leadership roles at the Campbell Soup Company. He is a distinguished graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and a Fulbright Scholar. 

 

Chris Witt is the President of WAKE Technology Services, Inc., an advanced technology consulting service based in West Chester, PA. WAKE TSI services a broad range of healthcare clients from small organizations to large academic medical centers delivering state of the art solutions and demonstrating best practice with technology implementation.

Chris has been in the Information Technology field for over 35 years. His experience has run the gamut from product development of large scale applications for the medical and legal communities; assembling and directing high-performance development teams focused on graphical application development in the financial industry; network design and implementation, network management, and operations; extensive expertise in server operating systems, directory services, and end-user computing in large-scale healthcare environments; culminating in many years of managing projects, budgets, personnel, and operations. Chris maintains an active role in delivery including project management and providing interim CIO/CTO services for clients.

Chris holds a BS in Computer Science and an MBA in Technology Management.
